I love Fallout 3.

Even though it is a pain in the arse to make mods for.

Fallout 3 is my favorite game and I've played 3 and New Vegas for a total of over 200 hours, and I don't consider myself a hardcore gamer.

No. Didn't like it. I found that battles go way too easy. Missions was alright, but lacked a coherent feel most of the time. What was most appalling to me, was that all the point-of-interests, showed up on the radar, before one even go close to them.

I love Fallout 3, all my guy friends love it. All my female friends love it. I've never heard of a person not liking it because they were a guy.

This is why I love this site. EVERY TIME a sort-of sexist thread is made, a total reversal of it gets created.

Also, no girls dislike Fallout 3...

OT: Loved the game, thought New Vegas had a lot of gameplay improvments but FO3 was more atmospheric

That game annoyed me. I always hated when my RPGs pretend to be FPSs. I did like New Vegas a lot more though, probably because the point of Fallout is to explore, and I never wanted to explore that game, it looked like crap.

Yeah, I like both of the new Fallout games. 3 had a better story to it, but New Vegas is the one that I go back and replay every now and again because it's got a cooler setting and more perks and such.

Not really. It's not like they hate it just to hate it, there are many legitimate complaints you could have about it. Many of those people hated 3 and ended up liking New Vegas. A lot of it is irrational though.

Anyway, yeah I love Fallout 3. It would probably be in my top ten. Don't think it really ties to what gender you are though.
