Poll: Do men actually think about sex every other minute?

I don't understand what some of you are talking about.

As a man, I can say that's a definite no. If you honestly think about sex every other minute or more, you are not giving yourself anything good to think about.

What happens when you are working? Are you thinking about sex when your boss tells you he wants those TPS reports on his desk by 5? Well, maybe you are, but what about when you are working on something you are genuinely interested in?

When I'm concentrated on something, I can't really think of much else, so it's impossible I'm thinking of sex much, if at all from one minute to the next. Since I'm usually concentrated on SOMETHING, unless that something is actually having sex, you can be sure I'm not thinking about it.

Maybe some of you guys are just better multi-taskers than I am...Uh, multi-thinkers?

I have never heard filthier minds then among the low-middle aged women in the breakroom of my former job. They denied it but I am sure they had a competition on who could make me (30-ish year old guy) blush or run out in terror.

I think about sex quite a bit, not every other minute though (consciously). However, if there is a hot chick there, I am no doubt thinking about it in some form or another.

I think that women think about men thinking about sex every other minute. I personally spend more time thinking about Kids, housework, how to avoid pissing off my wife, video games, and music far more often then sex.

Until I saw this thread title and the word "sex" I was actually thinking of my other obsession. Banana Flavoured Ice-cream and where and how I'll get some. So the answer is no.

A lot of my friends and family my age tend to indulge in those kinds of jokes whenever they get an appropriate opportunity. Outside of that, they don't talk about it. We're all 20+

Personally, I don't do any of that stuff and think they're all a bit immature.

It's a hard-to-kill myth that men think more about sex than women, the thing is men tend to be more open about it while women keep silent about it, mostly... I met a girl once and sex was the only thing on her mind, 100 per cent serious.

As a girl I originally just rolled my eyes when I heard this, but then i recalled back when I still rode the schoolbus and it really did seem that every conversation always looped back to sex or rape. The way I think of it, a person would have to be concentrating really hard on sex to actually think of it that often in a day but then again, I'm not a guy. What do you think about this?

I don't. I'm 19, and sex is the last thing on my mind. And I know that there are some trolls out there who either declare it gay, or that I'm lying. Well, I'm not. Why would I be focused on that if I'm working 24/7? So, madam, I am offended.

For the past 12 - 14 sleepless hours I've been wondering why Toon Link was allowed to be his own character in Super Smash Bros. Brawl and hoping SSB3D and/or SSBU will feature a playable Paper Mario. Dr. Mario was fun but Paper Mario would be far more interesting: he can fly like a Paper Airplane, become 1-dimensional (great for defense I think) and his Spike-Hammer would make a great F-you attack that blasts you off-screen at terminal velocity (this description based entirely from Thousand Year Door)

I haven't thought about sex until this thread and even then, I was trying hard to think about the last time I did think about sex. It was definitely before my Paper Mario thoughts and also well before my thoughts of the Battle-Toads being in SSB3D/ SSBU

How often do I think about sex? Well, um... complicated. I dream about it, but honestly unless my fiancee is on the phone or in the room, I don't consciously think about it at all.

As a man, I can confirm that this assumption is in fact not true. And if they say they think about sex every other minute, they are either desperate, only focused on sex and have nothing else to do in their life...or perverts. I don't think about it all the time, in fact I hardly think about it during my day - and I'm not even lying.

As a guy who is intrested in other men i have to say no sex does'nt pop into my mind all the time. there are some days that it can kindda take over but it's not something i think about every other minute

i have accually experienced that many girls that i am with is talking more about sex than most of the guys i know.
