No, that's really pretty inappropriate. Friday may be some of the most inane drivel that's ever been put in lyrical form, but in all fairness, it's BY A THIRTEEN YEAR OLD GIRL! Should we really expect incredible depth from a thirteen year old girl? Probably not, she doesn't have to be deep, she's just a kid, granted, a rich kid whose parent's can afford to pay a company to make a music video for her and her ridiculously inane song, but a kid nonetheless. If you really need to direct hate towards someone, why not the company that made the video? Or her parents for paying for it? She's just a stupid kid. Which one of us wasn't a stupid kid at some point? Hell, even if it is one of the worst songs of all time, is that really such a big deal? Some song has to be the worst of all time, and it's not worth hating her for. That's what's never made sense to me, yes, it's a stupid song, and it's fair to hate the song, but the kid who made it? Can you really blame her? I think not. And certainly she's done nothing so horrible as to deserve death, that is a punishment reserved for those who do genuinely terrible thing, at worst, she's been involved in one mildly annoying thing, and since she's a kid, I don't feel that she can even be considered the responsible party.
