If its major DLC like the Shivering Isles and a pack of in-game items than yes
If you mean gamer pictures, themes,etc than no (but I only did that to get the Fio gamer pic)

Part of me kind of wants to play the DLC but I've never bought any of them. The ones I do have that came with the DA:O Digital deluxe edition (which was on sale for -25% woop) tend to annoy me a bit when you need to link them to your account in order for it to work.
The main reason I haven't paid for any of them is 1. You can only download it through GFWL (Fallout 3) and 2. You get overcharged for it (Steam). I jump at any opportunity to get a game I want for cheap, so if I want to buy extra DLC for it, it sometimes comes down to 1/3 of what I paid for the game itself.
