I love coffee. I drink several cups a day. When I walk in to my local cafe, the barista grabs a grande cup and writes my name on it after loudly greeting me by name before I even get to the counter
I say: Energy drinks out of necessity but coffee for pleasure. So I drink it but never as a source of caffeine. Just as a delightful addition to a good meal at home or with cakes and such at cafes. I got used to it when I was in Italy where it is literally served after every other meal. So I usually drink single or double espresso, latte or occasionally Swiss mocha.
Nope. It smells nice, but I hate the taste. Never bothered to build up a taste for it. If I want caffeine that bad, I'll buy a soda. It's cheaper anyway nowadays.
I've been kind of conditioned to hate coffee.
When I was young my family would go on long car drives, and my parents had to have their coffee or we'd crash and die horrible deaths (my guess), I already got carsick easily, and I just associated the smell of coffee with being nauseous, so now whenever I smell it I feel ill, if I try it I start gagging.
I used to flit between coffee and tea a lot, but then a few years back for some reason I started to have wierd reactions to coffee, like bad stomach aches after drinking it, so I'm a full time tea man now
