Poll: Do you drink coffee?

I have been drinking coffee since before I can remember. Seriously, I had black coffee in a baby bottle. I guess that's what comes from having a copper for a dad...

I like the stuff, I've cut down somewhat in recent years, though I still take it black. I like coffee at the start of the day, tea at the end of it. Or beer.

I drink both tea and coffee, I tend to swap between the two for a couple of weeks at a time while im at home but will only drink tea when im at work. I always feel the need to buy a coffee if im in town.

I usually drink 4-6 cups of filter coffee over the course of a day because it's there. At home I rarely drink coffee during the week since it's usually pretty late when I get home. On weekends I enjoy freshly ground coffee from the french press for breakfast and occasionally in the afternoon with a piece of cake or some cookies. And then I like making myself the odd cup of mocha every now and then.

When I was four years old, I shoved a handful of coffee powder into my mouth thinking it was chocolate.

The taste of coffee still takes me back to that experience, twenty fucking years ago, and I can't stand it.

2 or 3 cups a day, black (or with a tiny big of milk) with no sugar. As far as I'm concerned if you're drinking it weaker than mine yours is sugar-milk.

I have my phases. At one point, I had a large cup every morning with class. Earlier this year I was consuming waaaay too many energy drinks to even bother with coffee. Right now I have a cup or two per week, usually unmanly mocha-esque things from Starbucks.

How is it that something which smells so wonderful, tastes so bitter and awful? It makes me sad.

I like the idea of caffeine keeping me up but honestly can't stand the taste. I find it too bitter. At most I think I could handle a very sugary iced coffee. I prefer tea and if I need to stay up I'll eat or have tea.
