I've never faked it and I would hate it if my girlfriend did. There's been times when one of us just couldn't get there and we just talked about it and it passed. No big deal.

Never needed to, thankfully. In fact I was rather shocked that some girls feel the need to fake it in the first place... I never knew people actually did that until a few years ago.
I never knew until I watched a seinfeld episode on the matter.

Luckily she didn't notice I was holding a shampoo bottle in my hand.
No and no.. It's a pretty strange concept though, is it just to make their partner feel better about their skill with their squishy parts?
No. It's more of a polite out. Something done to get it over and done with because they're not enjoying themselves.

Yes, I've done it (male). No, I'm not proud of it.

No, I wouldn't want it done to me. Everyone's different and different things work for the individual. I don't mind being told what they like or to be given instruction if I'm "doin' it wrong" but also like to be allowed to figure it out for myself. Sometimes a woman hasn't previously realised that that thing I just did was EXACTLY what she's into... So, anyway.

Nope, never faked it. The one time I considered doing it was my first, and last, time with a guy. He was awful and finished after barley a minute while I didn't get anything. I decided to just tell him that he failed me as a man and leave. Pretty harsh but the relationship sucked anyways.

If any of my partners ever faked it I haven't noticed, and I do pay very close attention to things like that.

Sex doesn't always have to end in an organism.
And when an organism is desired, you just have to get... creative, sometimes. No shame in that.

It's easy to fake as a guy, it's not like girls check the contents of your condom to be sure.

And to all the guys saying that they know their girlfriends don't fake, unless you actually share nerve endings with her, no, no you don't.
There are ways to tell, unless of course the girl is an amazing actress.

Unless you're actively measuring her pulse she can always slip one by you, and if you are monitoring her pulse: creepy.

I'm waaaaay to early to worry about stuff like that (22, currently about 4.5 months into my first relationship), but...

I really don't know if I'd even have a chance to fake it. Judging from my...er...."alone time" if you want to call it that, I'd probably get there way too fast. Although I don't think I'd fake it. Also, if she had an orgasm on her end, and I'm REALLY not getting there, I'd probably just stop.

I don't think I'd like her to fake it, and if there's something I need to do better (or she just wants to stop), then by all means, she should just say so.

Yes I have faked it before... only once. It was a one night stand and she had no idea what she was doing. I didn't have to play up moaning or grunting noises or anything, she climaxed (or maybe she pretended to, don't know and don't care), asked me if I did and I said yes so that it would be over.

As for past girlfriends, I'd like to think that they never faked it but at this point, I can't be too sure.

No...I feel that trying to fake an orgasm as a man would be incredibly obvious and stupid.
You'd think so and yet I did it once. Something just wasn't working and it was taking a really long time to finish and felt like I never would. I'm pretty sure she believed me; at least she didn't outright question me about it.

But since then I'd rather tell my partner how to improve and have her do the same for me. Makes it better in the future :)

i had sex more than 10 times before i had an orgasm. i never faked it though, i was just kinda like "yeah this isnt gonna happen..." sucked going through a whole box of condoms and not finishing once. at least i was able to get her off each time though, so it wasnt a complete loss

A note to anyone who feels the need to fake it:

Tell the other person things aren't working right, and what you'd like them to try and do to fix it. If they love you they want you to be happy, even if it costs them a sting of pride. This doesn't apply during the first few times together, as virgin sex is (nearly) always terrible.

(As a male:) for myself, I have not. I've admitted a few times that I haven't gotten off, but after I said a that I was perfectly fine she'd let it go, and after a year or so she got used to it. She herself was always really quiet during though, so while she always said that she hadn't faked it, for a couple years I was secretly worried she didn't have very many.

Then one evening during a party I eavesdropped on her with her gang of girlfriends talking about sex (Yes, I am horrible person), and I discovered that she had the most orgasms amongst her friends and that she had the best sex life out of all of them. I know its stupid to take a lot of pride in something like that, but damn if I didn't glow that week.
