Don't be. Trust me, when you graduate, you won't care. Take solace in the assumption that everyone who only cared about their social life in High School won't have much of a career in store for them. I went through High School not too long ago, and can safely say that assumption could be debated as fact.

No problem. I know what it's like to the living amongst the dead. While i don't claim to be intelligent by any measure of the spectrum, i find that often times while i am busy trying to improve my mental faculties, others are finding pleasure in wallowing about in their own ignorance. The only reprieve from this are others i find who enjoy doing the same as myself. It's important to find people who not only you connect with, but people who will challenge you.
