There's a proper context for any kind of joke, and as long as it's not malicious, I let racist and sexist stuff fly on the condition that it's funny.
Note that "make me a sandwich" and "get back in the kitchen" do not fall under the heading of funny. There was a window, back about five years ago, when either of these would have been funny. There are probably--very occasionally--contexts in which these collections of syllables could be funny today, especially if the woman in question actually is like a pastry chef or something. Otherwise, these jokes are just plain dead. They're not offensive because they're sexist, they're offensive because they've got the grace and originality of Chuck Norris facts. Seriously, the fact that I hate these jokes has very little to do with being offensive to women and very much to do with the fact that they're not a joke so much as a reflex response, as dull and expected as a facetiously-sexist tide.
Even if you're trolling, come on, that's just lazy.
