I go to bed at 3 AM every night, because that's when I have nothing else to do.

Yes, I prefer to wake up around 9 or 10 AM but often end up staying awake until 2 AM and then sleep till 12-2 PM.

Oh hell yeah, and I hate it so.

Last year, I didn't even get fatigued until 2:30 am. I'd sleep forever and wake up around the 1:30-2:30 pm area. I tried pulling all-nighters, but they just fucked everything up even more!

Then school happened, and I KID YOU NOT, I only got 4 hours of sleep that night. Bloody. Hell.

I start falling asleep at 2 and waking up at 12, as opposed to asleep at 12 and awake at 7 during the school year.

Actually, I think my Summer sleeping habits are better...

I try to go to sleep at ten the nights i work because i wake up at six or six-thirty and guide rafting trips all day and that takes a lot of energy, so when i get home i am tired, but i still have stuff to do.

Yea, I usually go to sleep too late. Then it fucks up my morning. No workout, shorter shower, crankiness, exct

I sleep later, but my body has a very rigid schedule. I rarely sleep past 10:00, no matter when I go to sleep

Yea, I keep trying to fight back and sleep earlier, but I seem to stay up really late each night now.

Thanks to university scheduling... It's got my sleeping pattern all messed up. Not just for summer but every season. And that's created a huge hassle because I'm doing a one month summer internship for university credit and I have to get up at 4am. So it's insane.

Really?

*Walks around, looks at everyone* This shouldn't take too long.

*TIME LAPSE OF 2 MONTHS*

*Piles of bodies as far as my eyes can see, a crown of criss-crossed finger bones on my head, a scepter of a spine on an iron rod in hand, and a bowl of entrails to snack on before my meal of babies is done*

Took a bit longer than I thought, but done.

Just because I don't wake up until afternoon, and I don't go to sleep until well after the sun rises does not mean I have a bad sleep schedule.

Until last night I hadn't slept for two days.

I usually stay up til 4-5am, sleep til 2-3pm. I wouldn't call it a bad habit, just a more natural one. I think that kind of pattern seems to be the natural rhythm for most younger people.

Unless I'm away on vacation or working. In which case I usually get up hideously early. (I had to get up at 3:30am a few weeks ago to go to work three days in a row. Brutal.)
