Yup, and I hate it.
Right now I'm trying to pull an all nighter with the aid of caffeine and Civilization, wish me luck.

I'm a teacher, and it happens to me, too. Luckily, I'm taking some college classes later on in the summer so I'll be able to get back into a healthy schedule.

Bed at Midnight asleep at 1 AM, wake up somewhere between the hours of 10 AM and 1 PM. I pulled an all nighter of SSBM at my friend's house for his birthday, when I got home around 1 PM, I was asleep until 2 AM

Haha, I no longer have a summer holiday, thanks to my crappy retail job. And I tend to stay awake 'til at least 2am every evening, regardless what time I start work the next day. I nap when I get home from work at 6.30pm-ish, for an hour or so, then stay awake. I like late nights, but I can get very cranky at work. Oh well, everyone else is cranky so no-one notices.

It's 2.30am where I am, right now. And I'm not even tired yet. I'm on my booked week off work so I can afford to stay up a little later than normal. But I genuinely don't get properly tired until 2am-ish.

I maintained a terrible schedule until I turned 27.

Now if I don't get my full 8 hours of sleep its going to be a shitty, shitty day.

Oh God yes, its freaking unnatural, I was awake at 9pm and going to bed at 9am last week. Decided to pull an all nighter so I could actually enjoy my social life.

Heh, I thought it was just me.

LOL that's exactly what I thought of when I read the OP

Yea, it's almost 3 at the moment and I will likely get up at 3 tommorow afternoon, bad sleeping patterns are inevitable.

I alternate between insomniac mode (rarely sleep) and hibernation mode (sleep at least 12 hours per day) during the summer. Having an air conditioner helps a lot though; part of it is because I sleep very poorly when its too hot.

You do not know how ironic it is asking me that question. On average right now, I go to bed at 7 in the morning and get up at 6 in the evening.

It's 3AM in the morning for me, what does that say to you?
And now it's 4! Still awake?

I've been consistently staying up until the early morning hours since winter because I bought a laptop at Christmas and have been loosing a ton of time to the internet. Even when I had uni at 9 and had to get up at half 7, sometimes I wouldn't go to sleep until 6.

It's not insomnia though, I know that much.

ANY break throws off my schedule somewhat, even a weekend.
