I have to get up at six to go to school during the year, and it sucks because I'm not tired until 2AM.Sometimes I even pull all nighters,it doesn't help really but at least I make it to school on time. During the summer, I stay up until 3 or 4am and wake up between 10 and 2.

Within my first week off of school I'd completely fucked over my sleeping plan.

In bed 4:am Waking up 1-2:pm

I'm slowly getting back to normal though, just getting less sleep and waking up earlier. (8-10:am)

My sleep schedule is disrupted a little during the summer vacation because I tend to sleep more. Sharing a room with someone means I can't stay up till 2-3 AM. Also, my mother doesn't wish that I mess up my eyes, which concludes to me going to bed a bit after midnight.

My insane internal clock is getting worse. My record for waking up is 5PM. Thats right, 5 bloody PM!

Don't try all-nighters unless you are truly steel-willed. It will just make things worse... And have a goal in the morning (mine was getting fit till I sprained my neck... I'm still trying to find out what black cat I trod on for that one...

Aye,right now its 1:35am here.
And i am likley to be heading to bed in about an hour or so.
I'm 17 and have no job, therefore sleeping through the day has no consequences to me.

Well that completely sucks (or sucked.) Hope everything is going better.
Sucks.
It still hurts.
I still have the screw in my ankle, actually.

But yeah, the effect on my school life is less than awesome.
I haven't gotten a break in like a year or more.
A screw in the ankle?
Ouch.
Hope for the better.
If that counts for anything.

Sure do. It's 1:40AM and I'm posting on a forum instead of sleep, and I probably won't be up, and out of bed (two very separate things as I'll likely wake up about 9:30)until 11am. The good thing is I don't start work until 6pm so I'm not in a major rush.

My summer sleep schedule is terrible. I sleep around 4AM, wake up around 10-11AM, and slog through the day with massive doses of caffeine.

Oh frith yes, I have too much free time on my hands so I always end up going to bed at 11pm at the earliest.

The summer sun messes me up, the sun sets at 9 'o clock...

I have bad sleeing habits year-round, the only difference a drop is my caffine intake.

Not to be TOTALLY MACHO HURGH but I'm honestly pretty used to pain.
As long as it doesn't rise above a certain level, let's say "someone just hit me in the spine with a baseball bat," I can safely ignore it.
You keep giving out these little hints on how to take you down. You should be a bit more mindful of these things.

As for myself, I woke up at 12:54pm today.
Went to bed around 1am for the past few days.
So yeah, I think my sleeping schedule is a bit messed up.

How about a baseball bat with a nail in it?

One disadvantage of sleeping through the day:The Sun becomes a major annoyance..

I go to sleep at 6 a.m., and wake up at 6 P.M....

You tell me, do I have bad sleeping habits?
