Nah, no health issues whatsoever, so I don't have any medical reason not to. Hadn't considered the thing about rarity, that's an interesting point. Will stop in next time I see one of them Red Cross booths, not like I can't make more of the stuff so to speak.jamman said:You should still donate,
in fact it's more important for you to donate as your blood type is so rare.
That means it will be harder to get the blood for someone who needs that specific blood type.
Anyway,
I myself have given blood and I'm going to keep doing it as much as I can.
Apparently only 4% of the UK population give blood, which I think is pathetic.
EDIT: Unless you genuinely can't donate blood due to medical problems etc.
