Well, when I was a junior in High School I took some government instated IQ test. It tested you in six different categories of knowledge, my average throughout the six tests was 124 or so. That's the only IQ test I've ever taken in my life.

42 how awesome would that be, you know ignoring the fact you can't tell the difference between trousers and socks.

2. Many of my ideas and views are overlooked due to my age(18 this april) the scientific community is lined in old traditions that prevent anyone of this day and age to do anything notable anymore.
Ah yes, "Scientists just won't listen." the pseudo-intellectuals's final argument explaining how they're still right despite the entirety of the people who actually understand the subject disagreeing.

Edit:
But anyway, assuming your claim of 210 IQ, and your revolutionary scientific ideas, are true, then could you help me with this:

I was my work I had to hand in last week and I messed it up.
My face exploded after i saw that.

While I'm hesitant to place a solid number on it, I feel comfortable saying that my IQ is above 130, which is to say I feel comfortable saying I'm more intellegent than most people I've met. And I can't fucking stand it sometimes.

Apologies for the brievety.

Who said I was trying to be funny. Maybe I was just trolling in an attempt to get a response...

I took an official government IQ test.

I was told I'm in the 98th percentile range.
That means if I'm in a room with 100 people my age, I'll be smarter than 98 of em.
No, you'll be smarter than 97 of them. You're the 98th.

one said 136, the second said 142.

But they also said that i can store alot of information but have trouble remembering it sometimes. Like in stressing periods or shit. They explained it to me with an analogy:

If my mind is a library I can store thousands of books where the average person can store hundreds. But I can't keep inventory of what books I put where. So sometimes it takes me longer to find them. Makes me good at math and solving logistic problems.

By the way, here is a question:
It doesn't surprise me that most people here have an IQ over 120. Since you are smart enough to type without dropping your pants. But doesn't it annoy you alot of the time that people are less intelligent then you? I mean, sometimes when i'm in class and I understand everything that was said from the first time. Then there is some idiot going: "Huh? Durrr... I don't understand that no no". It just pisses me off.

I can understand how people get mad at my spelling tho... Eventho english isn't my native language, it's still pretty bad. But like I said, my linguistic skills suck. Science and math is what I do.

Actually, I thought it meant if he was with nintey-nine of his peers, on average, there would be one with an equal or greater IQ.

Of course, he could've screwed up and gone to a "I'm a friggin' Super-Genius" convention. He would still be in the 98th percentile, but instead of having as high or higher an IQ as one person in the room, his IQ would be as low or lower than one person in the room. Wouldn't that be a kick in the nuts?

Apologies if that last bit made no sense; really, it wasn't supposed to.

I can't remember in what scale I took the IQ Test, but it's something like 150-170.
I don't mention it much though, most people hate smarter people.

I don't want to know. It would probably make me a cocky bastard or give me low self esteem.

Ok, i am not going to read all 7 pages of the thread to check if this has been said already, so if it has ignore this

The IQ test was developed to identify if you have mental retardation, if you score higher than an 80, your score doesn't matter, you have not mental handicap, having an IQ of 240 does not necessarily mean you are smarter than someone with an IQ of 100. The Man who developed the IQ test, Alfred Binet, personally believed that you can not represent human intelligence with one number (seriously, you can't).

It really pisses me off when i see internet adds like: This celebrity scored xyz on their IQ test, see if you are smarter than them. Yes i am, no matter what.

To answer the Question actually posed on the thread though, my IQ 3 years ago was 168

Instead of giving me my answer, the test printed out a picture of a quarter, two dimes, and a penny.

I didn't get it.
