I play demos if I get a reward for doing so, such as with the cross-promotion between Kingdoms of Amalur and Mass Effect 3. Otherwise, no. I know my computer can handle anything I throw at it.
I play demos either to test out the mechanics of a game I'm not yet sold on, as demos at the very least give you an idea in that regard. The only other time I play them is if I get them in one of those magazine demo discs with a whole bunch of different games on it, and that's just usually because out of simple curiosity. I bought it so I might as well check it out.rudolphna said:This whole thing with the ME3 demo has me curious. I have not looked at, watched, or even considered downloading the ME3 demo. I just don't play demos. I side with Yahtzee on this one. Okay I once downloaded the crysis demo, but that was just to make sure it would run on my PC at the time before I shelled out for it. But other than that, I have never played a demo, nor do I plan to.
