I usually lay down. It more comfortable and relaxing in my opinion.

If I'm playing on a PC, I will sit down (as standing never really worked for PC gaming I think).
If I'm playing on a PS3/360, then I will sit down with my feet up, but if I play on a Wii, I'll stand up (because I'll need to defend myself from my friends after playing co-op New Super Mario Bros).

I always sit down when gaming, unless I am playing Guitar Hero. I do very shit when I try to sit down while playing Guitar Hero.

I sit, unless I'm playing Guitar Hero then I have this uncontrollable urge to stand up.
Dare I ask, why would people stand up to game? Unless of course they're using the Wii.
