When you get into later high school and college, you start realizing that just because you enjoyed it as a kid doesn't mean its kiddy: and kiddy isn't necessarily bad anyway! Pokemon is fun, so we play it. That's all there is to it.

I mean, go back and watch Recess again. Or Ducktales. Or Pinky and the Brain. All the shows of our childhood.

For that matter, watch a show like Avatar: The Last Airbender. It's a kids show, but its an incredibly deep and epic fantasy that could only truly be fully appreciated by adults. Amazing show.

All that to say, kiddy does not equal stupid.

Yeah I play pokemon and peggle. The original 151 pokemon are the best pokemon still IMO.
