If I have the time I'll do a quick shower both in the morning AND before I go to bed, I hate the idea of sleeping in the day's body funk, and the hot water relaxes me so getting to sleep is a lot easier.
I don't have any hair so that part isn't even an issue.
First thing in the morning. Helps snap me out of my zombified state after crawling out of bed, because it would otherwise take me two hours (three if I had a girl over the previous night) to get moving.
