Depends entirely on the game. On epic stuff like GTA 4 or Red Dead Redemption, generally games I feel have taken a lot of dedication to finish, I enjoy watching the credits. They often have great music as well as a small bonus on the end.
On casual games where multiplayer is the bigger thing, like CoD, Killzone, etc. No.

I sit through credits, game and film alike.
For me, it helps add a sense of closure, and since I used to aspire to be a film maker it only seems right to give credit where due.

Chose ZOMG I LOVES CREDITS! because if the game ending was awesome enough, i just sit there gasping in the epicness. Last time was the end of RDR, the REAL end.
Only if there's actually a good reason to watch them, for example Zero Punctuation with the one-liners at the end. The Naked Gun Trilogy also has great credits, with a few interesting ones.
