Yeah dud ei tried everything you said already, they aint quitting, ive talked to them and took direct action by crushing their smokes and shit.Acrisius said:First of all, young sir, your parents are effectively forcing you to smoke. Second hand smoking is just as hazardous as regular smoking. If I were you, I'd take your parents smokes and flush them down the toilet, and continue to do so until they acknowledged that they are the ones with a destructive habit and that if they are responsible parents, they won't make you suffer for their own lack of judgment.Supreme Unleaded said:Well from the OP's definition I do smoke.
"Basicaly, do you inhale smoke"
Yes, i do inhale smoke, but its second hand. I'm only 14 so i can't smoke, and i don't, but i got two chain smoking parents, and its winter so the house is all closed up.
And they wonder why im always in the backroom with the door shut, and why im always coughing when im near them.
If they choose to smoke, they should bloody well go outside, winter or not. You must reap what you sow they say, and smoking is a perfect example. They are the ones doing something wrong and destructive, they should take full responsibility for it and deal with it.
Though they must have done something very good when they raised you, if you seriously think that 14 year olds should respect the age restriction. I had minors coming up to me since I was 15-16, asking me to buy smokes for them. The legal age in Sweden is 18, but I looked older, with my facial hair and whatnot. Damn kids. I should have stolen their money at some point.
When i talked to them about it i got the "I've been smoking for longer than you've been alive, i can't stop"
When i crushed the smokes i got grounded, for a month.
