Poll: Do you starve in long gaming sessions?

I tend to be the one who never eats or drinks but I have friends who eat tons of doritos and engorge themselves with soda and stuff.

I tend not to game for long, it's more like blocks, when i play for a few hours, have a break for 30-60 minutes and then back in for a couple more if I feel like it.

meh it depends on the day, sometimes i will go for 4-5 hours depending on the game without a single drip of water, but then there are some days, especially if i am with friends where a big bag of chips and a 2 liter of dr pepper will last me maybe a half hour, in which food runs become inevitable on those days..

I answered practically anorexic becuase while I'm gaming I don't eat, however I haven't ever gamed for sessions more than about 5 hours so it doesn't really matter.

None of the options above. I work my gaming time around my life, not the other way around, so I eat when I eat, and I play when I play. They rarely overlap.

I'll have a snack and something to drink during a long gaming session, but never starve myself, bodily functions take precedent over gaming.

when playing games, it's like my body is in suspended animation. not only do I not get hungry, I don't get tired, I don't have to go to the bathroom, and I stop aging as well.

I usually don't eat anything when I'm gaming, if I do eat something it's usually fairly light, like a few crackers nothing else. I just have to have something in my stomach around 5 or 6 hours after I start playing or I start to feel nauseous.
I usually will have a bottle of water that I fill from the tap (I reuse bottles), it's less likely to spill over everything.

I lost around a stone (14 lb) from playing Demon's Souls, because I got so addicted I didn't have time to eat, which, considering I was only 9 stones to begin with (uhm...... 126 lb?) is a pretty drastic loss. However, I would drink from pint glasses of water continually, so I never dehydrated myself. I would never guzzle soda for hours while playing, that's just disgusting Much rather hold on to all my own teeth, thanks.

I bought Bioshock 1 and 2 (PS3) pretty much together and set them aside for one big weekend.

I played through the first on Normal for 7hrs straight, took 10min break then did another 7 to finish. An hour and a half later I slid in Bioshock 2 and on Hard for 13hrs with a 2hr break in there somewhere.

I had the place to myself and was playing the Bioshock 2 Limited Edition soundtrack CD and Bioshock 1 Licensed CD on loop during both playthroughs. Be a while before I do something like that again...

I take a break every hour. Not because I should, but because it's my natural gaming rhythm. I just get annoyed playing for a long time on end, so I get something to eat or drink and start again.

I sometimes make an exception when I've got a new game I really like. Then I'll just go hungry without noticing.

I sometimes forget to eat for hours while I game, yet other times I pig out. So both I guess.

I don't eat while gaming (unless it's something like a pack of crackers), but I don't starve myself. If it gets to the point where I start to feel a twinge of pain, I'll pause the game, get something to eat and then get back on.

It depends what I'm playing tbh. Oblivion and The Sims 3 I'll eat like a pig and Crysis, Dead Space I won't eat at all.

Sometimes Ill load up on snacky things :3 deliberately to have a nice gaming session without having to get up. I'll probs do that when Skyrim comes out
