Still got: working NES, N64, GameCube, PS1, Xbox 360.

I loves me my NES. Nothing like a bit of Duck Hunt.

Still got the N-64, Gamecube, and Wii. Does the seventh console generation count as old now though?

Who out there still owns their original console/s from the last two generations. I'm sure there are those who still possess their good old PS2 or Xbox, or still game on their first Xbox 360 or PS3. Vote on the poll and/or explain in a post.

I am currently on my second Xbox 360, I dropped my first one while moving it around the house. Long story short the it wouldn't read discs effectively or allow me to make any saves on any games. Luckily my profile, current saved games, memory etc, was fine so I simply transferred it over when I got my second one. It hasn't failed me ever since and that was 3 years ago. I also still own (or at lest my brother still owns) my original silver PS2, that thing would survive an atomic blast and still work as if nothing happened.
I still have my PSX (aka origional PS1) and PS3 (day 1 release) and PSP. I have a 360 but only got it recently and got it cheap as I don't trust Microsoft's quality, especially with their record with the 360. I later bought a PS2 slim (had traded my PS2 fat in for a discount on the PS3 as it's the backwards compatible version), I grabbed the slim as I wanted a PS2 for the collection and from memory I was going to port macquarie at the time so wanted a small but durable console to take up and plug into a TV (PS3 being big and heavy).

I still own my PS1, PS2, and Nintendo 64. Now the PS1 doesnt get used since the PS2 has backwards compatibility, and the 64 doesnt work... But yeah I still own them

I still have all my consoles.

Mega Drive 2 with Mega CD2
Game boy
Playstation
Game boy advance.
PS2 (original)
PS2 slim
PS2 slim (American console)
DS
PS3

I think they all still work too. The Mega Drive won't reset anymore and the fat PS2 won't read some discs but still functions. I recently re-played Mario Land on the old Game Boy. Classic.

I unfortunately don't have my old Master System any more, I've no idea what happened to it and I just assume it's buried with a load of other crap from when I moved house.

I do still have:
Gameboy (with Tetris, Pokémon Yellow, Pokémon Trading card game and Tony Hawks 2)
Gameboy Colour
Gameboy Advance
PSP
PS1
PS2

I never bothered with the current gen except for a 360 which I had for two months, I traded it for a bass guitar.

Let's see.

We have still:

NES
SNES
Gameboy
3 Gameboy Colours
N64
Gamecube
Nintendo DS
Wii

PS1
PS2

Xbox 360

And 3x more PCs than people in the house.

And they all work.

Yes, in fact I still have my:
Nintendo
Super Nintendo
Sega Genesis
PS1
Sega Saturn
N64
Atari Jaguar
PS2
Xbox
Dreamcast (American)
Dreamcast (Japanese)
Gamecube
360 (3rd one)
360 (first RROD one)
PS3 fat (Yellow lighted out)
PS3 Slim
wii (American)
wii (japanese)

I am also happy I kept everything, because I find myself playing all my prior gen consoles more and more thanks the shenanigans of modern gaming. Considering the build quality of last gen, I am not particularity hopeful we will get anything but crap next gen. I mean, shit, even my PS2 still works, and I have a launch one. Those things used to be the standard for poor durability. My, how far we've come lol I expect the wiiU to be the only current console that isn't known for up and dying on you.

I have a Wii, DSi and Macbook Pro, although I mostly use my MacBook Pro these days. I duel boot windows 7 and run Linux and Android in virtual machines.

Still have my PS2 and PS1. My Game Gear died for good so it went bye bye when I was a kid, my Master System I have no idea where the fuck it went, my Mega Drive I gave away, together with all my games, to this kid who was too poor to buy any of that overpriced console junk.

But i do have my old Sega Master-System II, my Gameboy (Not Color... what are you? Pampered with COLOR?) and there is a Playstation (One) on the attic... i don't know whom it belonged to... but now it is mine... no idea if it works though.

This poll offends me. :p

I'm still in possession of my old...

Nintendo (Entertainment System)
Super Nintendo (Entertainment System)
Sega Mega Drive
Sega Mega Drive 2
Sega Saturn
Nintendo 64
Game Boy Color
Sega Dreamcast (albeit it's barely functional due to overheating issues)
PlayStation 2
Nintendo Gamecube
Game Boy Advance
Nintendo DS
Wii

...And I'd still have my two original PlayStations if they hadn't stopped working. The only console I've ever sold is my Game Boy Pocket.

Still got a fully functioning Gamecube, GBA and GBC. My PS2 is 11 years old and still works, but it is my second one.
PS3 has been going strong since I got it four years ago. Definetly the most used console of them all by far.
Got no clue what happened to my old PS1.

Hurray another escapist console pole that ignores the fact that Nintendo exists!

I tend to sell or give away older consoles if it's been at least a year since I've used it. I still have a GBA and a Wii but they get use on rare occasion. I've kept some of my favorite gamecube titles and actually do revisit some of them on occasion so the Wii might stick around for a few years longer than most.

Most of them are given/away or sold though. I no longer have my Commodore 64, NES, SNES, N64 or Gamecube.

Well, my family's original console were an PS1. It died relatively quick, so we got a compact version. That one died on us a couple of years ago. By then, me and my brother were old enough to get ourselves a new one, as we have too much nostalgia with the PS1, and happily, it's still alive.

So I still have a copy of our original console, but we don't have the actual first console we got.

Still on my original SNES PS1 and PS2. The NES met a mysterious fate while in storage with my grandparents. Probably worth noting that I only got the ps2 a couple of years ago to use as a dvd player do to spending most of the time master racing.

It does get pretty tiring after awhile doesn't it? You'd think if there are too many options to fit in the poll, they just wouldn't put in a poll instead of systematically excluding options.

Nope. Also depends how many generations we're going back. My SNES? Nah. My mum sold it, years ago. N64? Gave it to my sister. Original Xbox? Gone. I still have my copy of Halo 2 though. Gamecube? Gave it to a friend. Gameboy Colour and Gameboy Advance? Sold them. But I still have my PS2 slim. Honestly, I'm quite content with just my PS2 for anything retro. I don't need or want that many systems. They just take up space, and I wasn't playing them anymore. My PS3 and 360 will be sticking around for a long while, with the exception of them possibly breaking.
