For humor, mostly. The ol' MGS4 review is good for a laugh. As is the "Mailbag Showdown".

Same here for the humor and the music was actually pretty good, not this awful rock stuff he has to use now.

Every once in a while, to remember how funny and good he used to be. Don't get me wrong, he is still fun to watch; but he is not as good as he used to be.

Occasionally, I find the older ones to be better, his music choices were funny and the reviews tended to have less bile in them and more humour.

I make sure to show my EVE friends his Eve Review because it just sums up my belief in it so well.

Yeah, I watch them from time to time. The "Smash Bros Brawl", "Mailbag showdown", "Psychonauts", and the "Spore" ones are favourites, especially the "In short No. In long: Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo". I don't know why, but it cracks me up every time.

*hug* Turn that frown upside down!

Although don't take that too literally... Wouldn't want to be responsible for you ripping your lips off and then gluing them back the wrong way.

OT: I do. I tend to prefer them more. Maybe it's nostalgia, or maybe Yahtzee was better then. Whatever it is, I enjoy it.

Mostly while doing other things. They make good watching during the interminable travel distances in Just Cause 2.

For the comedy purely. Gotta love that Mailbag showdown.

'"Now I'm not a fanboy" (Yes You Are)'

Gotta love Mr Croshaw. Simon Cowell of the Video Game industry.

Calumon: I wonder if his beard has grown in yet?

I don't watch his old episodes because his much better stuff resides in the archives of his websites, and his games. For you see, I am a true Yathzee fan.

yeah i actually watch him backwards going from oldest to newest quite often, partially because over here in my little area of California and World of Warcraft I am converting the world slowly into Yahtzee-ites. The amazing amount of people I am converting is overly humorous.

Also, @Dalek sec, dude ftw. Long live Doctor Who.

Anyone here think Yahtzee should start a little segment reviewing movies based off games now? Because I think that could prove rather interesting.

Yeah, a few of them are still good months after. I still love those limericks, and Him actually liking a game with no reservations whatsoever is good for a laugh or two.
