Yes I do and I wonder why you put review in quotes... It is a review, no need for extra punctuation and insinuation. Great stuff in the old reviews, I think I might watch one now.

I watch them every so often, but mainly the one's where I enjoy him making a funny observation or quote.

Super Mario Galaxy: "For me, the interesting relationship is between Mario and Bowser. I mean, on some days they fight to the death in firey climatic showdowns, while on other days they go go-kart racing together, play tennis, even team up in some of the rpgs. Sure he kidnaps the princess a whole bunch, but no one seems to begrudge him for that anymore. It's just what he does. It's like begrudging a dog for licking it's own balls."

Prince of Persia - Retrospective: "It just goes to show, never stick your d*ck in a pudding. It might be still good pudding and you can spend all afternoon explaining that, but nobody's going to eat it because you stuck your d*ck in it!"

Silent Hill 2: "Silent Hill 2 is the game I play now and again to remind myself for all the shiney brown, quick time event, rpg element, space marines, gaming are still worth defending. If I were Batman, Silent Hill 2 would be my murdered parents if you see what I mean."

I could go on and on quoting Yahtzee, but that would take a lot of time. Still, he makes interesting and funny observations. His video series is the main reason I go to the Escapist, with MovieBob being a close second.

Yep. Those and old Escape from the Movies are great ways to keep myself awake during long stretches of boring dayjob coding.

Yes. The older reviews are often times funnier than the present ones.

People always love to stroke their own egos by saying they "knew it when it was better back in the day."

It is true maybe zero.zero percent of the time. Though I'm sure it makes the people who say it feel better about... wait. I don't know how it makes them feel better. I think it really just shows how miserable they are by showing off how superior they need you to think they are.

ZP is still one-half of the reason I come to this site. It was funny and it still is funny. Just as then, not every installation is the funniest thing in the world. But as then, every-so-often, one is.

No, it took me about 7 days to give up on every video series around here. Zp just got repetitive, and the rest were not my cup o tea at all.

I sure do, I really dig his choice in copyrighted music for the old ones. Incidentally, have any of you noticed that the Zero Punctuation videos that are linked at the bottom of any Zero Punctuation video page are only videos which don't have copyrighted music in them?

If I need a good laugh or two, yes. Some of the jokes in Yahtzee's earlier "reviews" are much funnier than the current ones.
