Mostly its to kill some time while waiting for stuff to download or for when blip is being sluggish. Sometimes for the humor but I've probably watched certain episodes to death (like the Army of Two or Guitar Hero) and they're no longer funny.

I love rewatching Yahtzee's older episodes and I do it every once in a while.

While I wouldn't say that the episodes themselves were better then they were later on, I would say that those episodes have more appeal thanks to the unique opening and ending each one of them had. It gave each episode a personal touch and vibe. Plus, it allowed me to get to know many songs that I otherwise might not have heard.

When commenting the issue, Yahtzee said that he thought people were only saying that beacuse they were not used to a standard theme song and that they would get over it once they were. I waited, I got used to it...and I still think his previous approach was better.

In the end, it is Yahtzee's choice whether to use unique songs for his episodes and I am probably the only one that feels that way about the matter. But I really liked his original approach and it's a shame to see it gone.

Yep, sometimes I start at the beginning of the list and go all the way back up.
This. Nothing is as effective of a time waster/mood lifter.

Zero Punctuation is the reason I'm even here in the first place. If it weren't for Mr. Croshaw, I wouldn't even know what The Escapist was, and you all would be deprived of my glorious presence :p

So, yeah, I have watched all of them. I occasionally watch "reruns", and try to catch every new episode.

Yeah, I kind of wish they'd let him pick his own music, too. It was more interesting. I watch the old every now and then if I'm really bored. I do the same thing with Unskippable.

Yes. I used DownloadHelper to actually download them all, and whenever I feel bored or not cheering up, I'll just watch a random selection. Never fails to make me feel better.

I check the old ones all them time. Sure, it is not anything new, but that does not make them any less funny. Also, some of his best reviews are the older ones.

I watch em. Either it's been a long time since I've watched them or I'm really drunk.

I still watch the old'uns. I like to rewatch the reviews of games I like, such as Fallout 3 and Fable 2. Having Yahtzee rag on the shit parts of games makes me enjoy them even more... Everything has it's faults, you know? Being aware of them just makes you appreciate something in it's entirety

I also like the watch the Resi 5 review as I used to be a MASSIVE Resident Evil fan until that genlatenous pile of wank came spurting out of Capcom's horrific knob as it looked through the Resident Evil 4 game booklet. Yahtzee pretty much sums up everything I hate about that game...

Not any more because I've seen them, but I do like them. The game is irrelevant really, I watch them for the humour.

It really hurt me when he cut out the clever intro and outro songs. I usually skip forward or turn off my speakers for the intro now.

I love the old ZP, I find it a bit funnier than the newer ones and just the E3 Hype Massacre always makes me bust up
