No I have never skipped work to play a game, I just stay up ridiculously late playing it (if I really like it) getting about 2 hours sleep then go into work the next day and do bugger all and get praised for my hard work ethic, funny that.
Enjoying my time is far more important to me than a job.Reaper195 said:I guess it depends on what's more important to you. Playing a video game the day it comes out (Or whenever you get it), or your job.
It's actually illegal to release that series on a weekday in china or japan...can't remember.Shawn MacDonald said:Can remember taking my vacation days when Dragon Quest 8 came out on the Playstation 2. Of course I hid in my room and played the hell out of that game. My friends called me and I ignored them because I knew Doulmagus had to pay. I love old school RPG's and that game just scratched the sweet spot. Combat and cartoon like graphics helped as well. Sucked when I had to come back. Almost everybody was asking what I did with my two weeks. Not about to launch into a story that none of them would understand. So I lied and told them I went fishing.
