When it isn't taboo it won't be as exciting/arousing/rewarding to get the real thing with that certain someone.
That and fat chicks in ego groups of girls where they will not accept reality in the sense that no one finds them attractive and their behavior makes me and many other people want to drive a knife into our eyes.

I see quite a few people witthout tops on at the beach, of course they are sunbathing there back just to get rid of the bra strap tan line and you dont see anything, not that im complaing of course.

If they thought it was absolutley necesary, but of course, men can wear shirts off cause there isnt really anything useful or beautiful up there.

Actually, if you were raised in a society where women showed just as much skin as men, would breasts truly be treated as sexual objects? I thought the whole point about the attraction of bewbs was the fact that you can't just pop down your highstreet and see some with the snap of a finger.

It's a bit of a circular thing. Female breasts are currently sexually loaded, but if they would be as readily available as mens bare chests it'd get less sexual over time and more commonly accepted etc.

True in a lot of cases, I have no doubt. But I don't think you can say ALL men who agree with such a law do so purely for base reasons.

My opinion: Breasts etc are only sexual because we are used to thinking them as such, which is why they are covered up. If they weren't they would simply become another feature, like the nose or legs (both of which can be equally attractive). A feature unique to women, true, but I've never seen a guy with legs like a woman either.

So, yeah. Double standard that women should HAVE to cover up, whereas men have the choice.

See? Nothing base there at all. Purely logical and reasonable. Please don't respond with "Oh, that isn't your real reason", stuff like that irritates the living monkey out of me.

Edit: I have not ignored the "comfort" element for women. Obviously a lot of women would be physically uncomfortable if they were topless (and braless). I'm just talking about legal rights here.

I'm an 18 year old man, and I'm not gonna lie: I would love the view if women could walk around topless on any occasion.

Seriously though, they should have the legal freedom to do so whenever they wish, but use the same discretion they would use for revealing clothing. They should respect dress codes and occasions that would socially call for a certain manner of dress, like church.

I'd laugh so hard if I went to church one day and saw a woman sitting with her breasts exposed.

That aside, you run the risk of seeing the 80 year old woman who NEEDS the bra to not have her junk swinging around her chest.
