It depends. I'd say horses, dragons and other mounts are cool, but not really vehicles. I would also like it if there was some sort of public transit system, like for instance in WoW, or fast travel like in Morrowind.
I'm actually not a big fan of fast-travel, as long as the amount of time you need to get places isn't rediculous. I think it's much more prudent to go places on foot or by vehicle. Not only do you get a much better appreciation of the land, but you discover a lot more things that way as well.

I demand a jetpack!

I also demand someone to mod it so I can make one of my horses Fluttershy!

Do you know how fast travel worked in Morrowind? There were basically networks that were only connected to a limited number of places. You couldn't just go everywhere whenever you wanted. You had to hike over to the nearest Mage guild / Silt strider / ruin that was available to you. I don't remember exactly, but I think you had to be a member of the Mage guild to use their portal and you had to pay a fee for the Silt strider. And then you could only go to other Mage guilds or nearby Silt strider stops.

I think this is a very nice way of doing fast travel. It is actually part of the world (teleportation usually isn't) and it provides a nice middle ground between having to walk endlessly and just being able to teleport anywhere at any time. For me it also nicely mirrors the real world in the sense that I walk or bike short distances to some transportation hub where I pay a fee or have a membership to catch a bus, train or plane, after which I proceed on foot to my destination.

Maybe they could improve it by actually moving you in these vehicles across the land in real time like they do with the gryphons in WoW. However, if that takes too long it might defeat the purpose of fast travel a little.

Uh a vehicle like... a horse carriage? Cause that would be the only type of realistic vehicle for Skyrim's day and age.

A horse would be pretty sweet for getting from point A to point B quickly but seeing as how it's set in the frigid north, I would love to have to climb through some rocky and steep terrain to get to some dungeons. I dunno, maybe push some bad guys off the side of a mountain as we fight on a narrow pass overlooking a 1000 ft drop.

I will take my horse and have it. Riding a dragon would be terrible. Can't see it happening.
