Amusing. I'm guessing the PS3 gamer is "the one" who actually has a PS3?

This would probably be more accurate:

I just mute them or tell them to shut the fuck up.

Because on XBL, you CAN Swear at children.

And once more I see a flame war coming... *hides in the shelters*

But, kids voices do annoy me a bit, but as long as they don't start trying to bad mouth me, then i'm cool with them. :D

That is too too funny. I love the 360 kids "bling".

It depends what you play. Gears is the worst I've seen. Im not good at gears, I only play when my friends are playing it. It tends to be the teenagers with the bad attitude on that, not so much the kids. You never hear good game at the end of gears. It tends to be better on COD4.

Streetfighter IV and MvsC 2 has some good natured trash talk but UFC tends to have some vile individuals who take it far too seriously.

They're mainly on extremely popular mutliplayer games (halo 3) or on extremely easy multiplayer games where you can get cheap kills (COD4, WaW, MW2) which I don't play so no. If fact the only online games I play are TF2 and Counter Strike.

Besides, online gaming is overrated, it's mostly because of these kids who hadn't played an online game up until this gen so think its the best thing ever and wont buy a game without it. Because of which, single players are neglected (Halo 3) and people think it's fine if they add in multiplayer. WELL ITS NOT!

Plus I stopped playing on xbox live once I realized I'm paying for crappy P2P servers with more lag and less players able to play in a game, ads and little kids. So now i just use steam which does everything live does and more for free, and occasionaly PSN.

As I usually play on GTA4 on XBL I have to say yes...and no. It all depends on the kids in question; just like any adult playing on said game (or games etc etc). Let us all remember that the ratio of twats to good guys in relation to one's self is exactly 99:1, irrespective of age and/or race. Personally, I don't mind children playing on games, unless they're one of two things:

1) Being too young to play. Pretty self explanatory, we've all found one or two of these kids, kids who haven't reached double figures yet and still you find them on games like GTA4 and Halo 3 and don't have a clue what's going on. The kind of children who have berated, shouted and screamed at their parents to get the game that the big boys play in order to seem cool and grown up; but when they finally do get online their age is all too plain to see. Squeaky, loud and impossible to talk to. The youngest person I've ever played on GTA4? 5 years old - I speak with experience; he was duly blown to peices several times for being otherwise annoying.

2) The "Big" prentenders. Another one we're all familiar with. The ones who seem to think that because they're online, they can trash talk anyone who wrongs them. I swear, one kid, no less than 13 years old, comes online and immediately goes "Oi, purple ***** get here NOW you motherF**ker" (the purple ***** in question being me) - this person was duly ignored; but he then continued to start fights with everyone in the lobby, made worse by people, who really should know better at their ages (the supposed "adults") with the same mentality. Of course, we all treat these people with the same contempt, by blowing them up continously.

Base philosophy of mine is, as long as the kid talks normally, knows his place and doesn't try to act too much like an arsehole - then he can play along as much as he likes. Otherwise, f**k the little shit.

The wonders of muting all the players on every game. Try it for one day and you will see the difference, an almost 100% reductions in:
  • Death threats

    Angry Americans

    Annoying kinder

    Strong opinioned idiots

    Heavy breathers
and much more! :D

There are hundreds more people crying about the kids on XBL than there are kids on XBL.

If I ever see one they are muted instantly, then I mute the fucktards on my team who keep screaming at them.

I have to say that yes i get annoyed by young ones, for one good reason.
Its my brother who sits next to me that does it. I can't mute that thing, hell, he rage quit from a game and took me with him and that was today. I am always in party, so i get all the shit basically to myself. Hoo-bloody-rah..
