Generally yes. But not the ones that just shut the fuck up or just say things that are relevant

Wannabe Rappers (although these guys have gone down in number as of late... all they do is mic spam their awful raps),
Everybody Sucks Guys ("Maaaan, FUCK (somebody's gamertag here)!)

The thing that's funny is that I'm primarily an Xbox Gamer (buy teh haloz. Go figure), and.... I'm not a jock. Urgh, they are the sole reason I never play GTA4 online. Hearing 8 year old white kids scream "gangsta" lingo and sing rap songs a good experience does not make.

And the PC gaming community, being more populous, has a bigger chance of actually having more dicks than the entire XBL community, though I must admit the XBL community probably makes up for it in the level of dickery it displays.
Not all kids, i once had a chat with a 14 year old (a teen i know but still) about socialism, durring a waiting period between match's. But there're some, who you just can't stand to listen to, not kids who's voices are breaking, or have an odd laugh, the obnoxious ones "lol pwned noob!.... Gah fuck you, noob, you shot me!" so on so fourth.

Thankfully, I only play on Xbox LIVE with my friends so I haven't had to deal with the horror stories I'm hearing from you folks. After hearing them, I wholeheartedly doubt I'll change my philosophy anytime in the near future.
