I find it's not nescesarily kids. I rarely even plug in my headset nowadays because i'm sick of listening to twats bitching, singing, attempting to beatbox, screamers.... to be honest I could list MANY reasons why I don't use my headset any more.

Maybe I'm just extremely lucky but I rarely run into annoying little snots on XBL. If anything I tend to run into annoying grown up snots instead. Those I find to be MUCH more annoying then littles kids. Anyways it doesn't really matter because as soon as someone starts to get annoying I use the glorious Mute button and don't have to listen to them anymore.

Yep, it drives me bonkers since most of the time these kids have a N00b setup ( Cod4, matyrdom and usually a P90 complete with a Desert Eagle) and they fucking suck most of the time, completly ignore the Objective ro Tk for the fun of it. Though I do love it when 2 American kids who sound exactly the same fight each other because one of them said to the other "Dude, are you Indian or something".

Because if it's the latter, you can totally say- after you do some demoralizing thing to them or their friend- THANK YOU, COME AGAIN!

OT; yes, I rarely play multiplayer sans friends in any game nowadays because of the little arseholes that are wont to be there.

The French people I've played with have also been not very nice (granted, the total's up to three, if that...). But it's always fun to mess with them by repeating "cheese omelette" in French every couple of minutes.
