I imported the Okami soundtrack from Japan. I bought the Gears 2 soundtrack. I got most of the Assassin's Creed II soundtrack.

They're grrrrreat! Especially Okami!

[sub]Yes! I shoehorned you into another thread, Okami![/sub]

The only one I've "bought" is Final Fantasy VI's, I got the new Persona OST and P4 OST with their respective games, so I technically bought them. I just don't feel like buying them when I have the game and can probably listen to it on youtube or something.

Actually, I just remembered that I also have a Castlevania soundtrack collection CD that came with my Japanese copy of Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. I'm listening to the first stage theme of Super Castlevania IV right now. DAMN Konami are good!

I also managed to track down the Illusion of Gaia soundtrack without too much difficulty after I got motivated to by the topic, so that's one down.

I don't buy them, as things such as Ost's are hard to find here in Northern Ireland, I just youtube them.

I download them. You can get the OST to pretty much any game if you look hard enough.

Recently I've been listening to the Street Fighter II: HD Remix OST (it's on OCR). That theme is just pure win.

The only game soundtrack that I own is GTA IV's. But that's because it came with the special edition of the game. Although I frequently buy tracks that I really like from some games.

I download them. I hate to pirate anything, even music, but many of the OST's I like are impossible to get. Magna Carta 2's OST being a prime example - a soundtrack that was only released with the Korean Limited edition - I'm not going to pay £70 to import a games soundtrack - especially one I already own.

Lost Odyssey, Star Ocean : TLH and Eternal Sonata face similar issues. I have however recently bought Assassins Creed 2's OST - a brilliant mix of acoustic guitar and strings.

Yes I do. They make the perfect background music for ready food fantasy novels. Lord of the Rings soundtrack while reading the books? Yes please!

I also love listening to the music they have on offer over a OCRemix. I don't know how many renditions of the Mario, Final Fantasy, and other assorted games I have now, but it's awesome. I even have a Christmas Mario mix with the Mario music mixed with some classic Christmas carols.

Duke Nukem theme song (grabbag, I think)

Pokemon themes (all of them...)

Legend of Zelda (Ocarina and Majora)

Made several remixes of the Nukem theme with vocals from Star Trek. Geekiness is a blessing.

That's what Youtube is for. Or, if it's a PC game, I just pull out the files manually.

I don't buy OSTs as a rule. Or rather, I wouldn't buy an OST just because it's an OST - I'd buy it if it was good, the same reason I'd buy an African jazz album or a collection of Radiohead remixes.

The Fountain's soundtrack is fucking insane. I'm trying to get my little brother (who's been learning classical percussion for little over a year now) the Drumline OST for Christmas.

I'd buy them, but I have a much more convenient thing known as the internet at my disposal. That said, my iTunes is full of OSTs.
