Have a 42" HDTV downstairs. I have a 32" HDTV in my bedroom. Also have my 15.6" HD laptop with a TV tuner, because it cost me $30, and why not?

If the this question was asked back in early May, I would say yes. But my mom owed me me about 700 dollars back then, and I bought a 32 inch Insignia 1080p HDtv at Best Buy for 460 bucks, which included the two year warranty that came with it, so I didn't have to pay extra for one.

I had originally planned on getting a 32 inch Vizio 1080p LCD HDtv at Target, but when I got the thing home and opened the box, I found that there was a giant long crack on the inside LCD part of the screen. Took it back, and they said they didn't have any more in stock. It was actually a money saver, because it would have cost me 560 dollars, 50 of that was the warranty I had to buy, because it didn't come with one.

Besides, my Insignia is much better for me. Because even though it is the same size screen as that Vizio was, it isn't as bulky and is three-times less the weight. Example, two people were needed to carry the Vizio box. I could carry the Insignia box by myself.

Also, my Insignia has more device hook-ups than the Vizio had. The Insignia has, the cable tv hook-up, two AV spots, two component spots, the VGA(which is awesome since I use my tv as my computer monitor now), and 4 HDMI plug-ins. The Vizio only had 2 HDMI hook-ups.

So if I was rich enough to have that many devices, I could have 10 things hooked up to my tv. Still, nothing is greater than using it as a computer screen. I don't think I could go back to my little 17 inch monitor that I ended up giving away to my mom.

I don't own an HDtv at all, but the last console I bought was a used ps2 so I really couldn't care less about it.

Every TV in my house is SD, but I have a 25" 1080p 2ms response LCD monitor I use for gaming and to watch series and movies from my computer (its a laptop, so its not very comfortable to completely replace the monitor with the LCD)

I had one, then a lightning strike blew it up just as it left warranty,I don't have much disposable income and TV isnt high enough up on the list anymore to make it worth buying another HD so SD for me.

When I win the lottery, I will send you one. Seriously, I would be that giving if I did win the lottery. What's the point of being rich, if you don't use the money to make other people happy. I mean, if I was rich, there is only so much stuff I could buy for myself to make me happy. My actual material wants, would probably only set me back less than 100,000 dollars. So if I did win the lottery, I truly would be set for life. I seriously don't see how lottery winners go through like 100 million in a few years and go broke, that is really horrible money management.

Three standard definition TVs, none of which I use for gaming because I don't own a console.

On a somewhat related note, I've never understood all the hype over HD or 3D. I see no major differences between HD and standard definition, and anything 3D makes my head want to split open.

At home, there's 3 tvs in the house: 2 Hd ones, and a standard def for me and my brother's room. Seeing as that gets all the gaming I'd consider it the main one. In my new flat now we only have a standard def. Whoever made the top left description text in Red dead redemption can go fuck themselves in the ear; I have no idea what's going on.

I have two SD TVs (one in the bedroom which I never use, and one in storage which I use even less), as well as my HDTV which I never watch but use as a screen for my console or stream my media to.
