Poll: Does South Park offend you?

I've watched South Park for ages, and seen most of the episodes at least once, and I find it absolutely hilarious. And I think it just keeps getting better and better. This is not to say I agree with all of the humour, and I do think that some of the things could easily seem offensive. This said, I understand that it is all in jest.
Most of the people (90% ish) I've talked to find it funny, and not offensive.
What are your views?

My views, by the way, are that it is a brilliantly satirical comedy, pushing the boundaries of humour to a distinctly excellent level.

Anyone that finds South Park honestly offensive needs a swift kick in the balls followed by several months in a mental institution.

Even if you don't find it funny, all of its material is obviously meant as a joke, and anyone that gets offended at a joke has something wrong with them.

isnt that sorta the thing that makes it funny. I think southpark insults every one no matter of race, color, size what ever, but thats what keeps them safe they insult EVERYONE so they arent picking on a single group. Its then down to if you take it personaly.

anyone who does is just silly. yes they make joke to be deliberately controversial, and mostly these are done just to be funny, or to take the mick out of very stupid beliefs.
and they mostly have a deep meaning behind it. especially the recent ones.

Yea, They just don't focus on one person or event. they even made fun of WOW which I found that really amusing.

Knowing that it's meant to be offensive kind of takes the sting away, as does watching almost anything else on television.

I did think it was funny whem, on the global warming episode, the giant penis was drawn on the dry-erase board. That seems to happen to a lot of dry-erase board diagrams.

I don't think any part of Southpark is too offensive.
The whole point is that they will hypothetically mock everybody at some point.
It only gets bad press because people will see one episode, and think because it's ripping the shit out of their favourite religion that the show is heavily anti-(whatever religion), when it's really just anti-anything.

With a few things, yes. Doesn't mean I'm not a fan, and anything that has offended me has not been the result of malevolence. Its a fun show and one of my favorites =D.

No, I don't. But, there's absolutely nothing I can think of that DOES offend me. I agree with the statement of 'There's nothing so bad that you can't laugh at it'.
