Here's my thoughts on any situation in which you might feel you are being a creeper (this goes for anyone).

If you have to ask people if you're being a creeper... You're probably being a creeper.

Before you bother with the notes and whatnot, actually talk to her. At least make her aware of your existence (as in, introduce yourself, let her know that you are not a "total fucking idiot", etc.) before you go sneaking around on her. And after you've done that, just lose the note idea and ask her out face to face. Honestly, I'd just see most girls laughing off somebody who couldn't muster up the courage to talk to them outright.

I've spent all my life being the strange person that can't comprehend much that is in the social field. I always make the reference that no-one ever gets, the implications that nobody has the ability to understand,and also seem to not feel as many emotions as those as old as I am. I personally think things will go sour -really fast-. Though honestly, if you don't believe us, you might as well try and see for yourself. Seriously. I mean, nothing teaches better than personal experience.

The one thing I've learned about women in my lifetime (not saying this is fact, just based off experience) is that you -have- to socialize with them. Talking is the basis of flirting. Practice talking with some female friends first (if you don't have any, work to that stage first). Then after you gain confidence in that zone, start practicing with females outside your comfort zone. Only when you can maintain a conversation with the 'target', will I think you'll have any chance.

Like I said, however, this is based off my own personal experience. Feel free to disregard everything.

I do however agree that this is an idea that is likely to turn out poorly. She will be much more likely to respond to someone who manages to work up the nerve to talk to her directly. I've been out of HS a while so i guess i missed the point where anonymous letters entered into the realm of following someone home and watching them through their window.

I do however agree that this is an idea that is likely to turn out poorly. She will be much more likely to respond to someone who manages to work up the nerve to talk to her directly. It is certainly nerve wracking but once you get a conversation going it becomes much easier.
