How can you not expect someone to stare at you if you dress like that, whether you find the starer attractive or not? How is this debateable?

Well there is a difference between checking someone out a little and staring at them. Girls don?t just dress up for guys sakes and when they are fishing but if I was wearing something skimpy or even when wearing normal jeans and a t shirt I'm ok with being checked out to some extent. But when the guy keeps staring at my ass constantly for 15 minutes then it?s starting to get creepy, no matter whether he is ?hot or not? and don't give me that "guys can't help it" bullshit.
Basically this. Sometimes I'm showing skin because it's hot out, or sometimes because I need to do laundry, or sometimes because I actually want a little attention -- but you shouldn't assume it's always the third reason. And there is definitely a difference between a glance (which I don't think anyone would have a problem with) and staring, which would honestly creep anyone out, male or female. Everyone likes looking at an attractive person, but no one likes being endlessly leered at. If a guy can't help but fixedly stare at a girl for minutes on end he needs to physically walk away because that's pretty sad and desperate and she is gonna want to pepper spray him. :p

Who cares what she thinks in that case? It's your eyes, it's your libido, glance at her without shame. You give way too much importance in how she "might feel" or she "might react", when in fact it's her choice to dress up like that.

You guys are so afraid of women, it's not possible. When that hypothetical girl yells at you for glancing at her tits, does she wonder whether she'll hurt your feelings? So why should you?

Let's be honest: women like to show their "features" and that they are attractive, that's why they dress to attract attention. If she behaves that way with you when you look, odds are she likes being checked out but not by you, she's an angry feminist looking to start trouble (and as a man with a modicum of spine you want nothing do to with her), or she's looking for drama.

She presents the goods, look. It's our god-given right to look. If she puts a fuss, just grin and say "hey, don't blame me for having a nice rack, girl, blame your parents." The situation's already ridiculous as it is, a girl acting like that deserves to get put in her place. Do I make a fuss when I catch a girl glancing down at my crotch? Do I feel like I'm sexually objectified, or treated like a piece of meat?

It's all in how you come across when you glance. If you behave like a dweeby creepazoid, you'll be seen as such. If you behave like you do anything you want and you don't give a shit, you'll be fine.

If she doesn't want to be stared at, she should be properly dressed. Simples.

I mean someone can't seriously expect to walk around dressed like you described and not be stared at.

They are not real...

So I don't view them in that light what so ever?
Well, you're supposed to look at the clothes and imagine them on a real woman, if it helps you get my point.

I'm sure she wouldn't have had a problem if it was a good-looking guy doing the staring instead of the creepy guy. "if a good-looking guy compliments a girl, she's flattered, if an ugly guy does the same thing, he's a creep" basically. Rock on hypocrisy, you crazy bastard. ;)
Hmm, I think it's more like:

"If someone with confidence and charm compliments a girl, she's flattered, if someone with no social skills and is incredibly awkward compliments a girl it comes across as creepy".

It's usually down to ugly guys being more awkward than the good looking ones. Not always the case though.

The rule of thumb is that it's only rude if the guy doing it is ugly. When women dress like that, they want attractive men to stare and oogle them... not ugly ones. You can get away with much more in this world if you are easy on the eyes (this goes for both genders, by the way).

Hey, she wants to dress like something to be looked at she's going to be looked at and I'd tell her off like that if she bitched about it.
That pretty much said it.

Completley off topic, but I was in band. Was it just me, or are flutes always whores??

Visible bra/sideboob doesn't seem marching band approprite, leering and creepy over staring is not cool but while there is a dress code she probably should have stuck to it and saved the hassle as it was her choice to stand outlike that in an enviroment where everyone will be covered shes overreacting.

Why are you so sure? The power of creepiness is very strong. Whenever an attractive guy does something creepy like loud whistling, obvious staring or offensive comments/behavior, any shred of physical attractiveness quickly turns to repulsion, regardless of what they look like. Remember Gaston from Beauty and the Beast?

Ewwww. Seriously, ew. I'd rather not see actual people dressing like anime characters drawn by some nerdy guy with no concept of fashion whatsoever. Is that a dog collar? D:

Yes, that is a dog collar.
Fashion is entirely subjective.
And that's not called "dressing up like an anime character"
It's called a school uniform.
I happen to like Long Skirts, Classy looking tops, and good solid stockings.
That's just me talking,

A few weeks ago I got this chick at work pissed at me when, while discussing her identical twin I casually mentioned they were not exactly the same. After half a hour of badgering what the differences were I finally gave in and told her. Two of which were her sister has slightly larger breasts and a bigger, shaplier ass.

Rookie fucking mistake, I know, I shoulda known better but still. She just would not accept that its like when someones fly is open, you can tell without having to oogle their crotch.

Now she all mad that I was "staring" at her sister. -.-;
You could have saved yourself and gotten your point across at the same time by telling her she was slightly more petite than her sister. She'd have taken it as a compliment, but you'd know that what you meant by that was her sister had bigger... um... "assets".
