Poll: dont spit in my soda

lets say there are two cans of soda open in an empty room. you don't know whose they are but there still frosty cold. one can has a sticky note on it that says "do not spit in this can!"
the other says "do not drink me! i stabs yous!" what do you do?

Killer cans is my one major weakness.

Spitting disgusts me, and I don't like the taste of soda. I have no reason to be there.

I guess I could switch the labels though, although I probably wouldn't do that either unless I knew who they belonged to. And since I don't know that in the described scenario, I wouldn't do it.
