Well I walk and cycle everywhere which is good exercise, I also swim a lot when the water isn't too freezing.

Four to five times a week. Weight lifting, running, MMA stuff, I need to keep active. Us old-ass 28 year olds need to stay in shape to avoid turning to mush.

I walk at least 3km every day to get from the train station to uni and back. More if I go visit friends.

That's all I do..

I just do it whenever, usually before bed to tire myself out, couple of times a week

also lots of people putting weird exercising stuff, I think working out generally means puch ups, sit ups, weights etc, i.e. not jogging, otherwise it'd be basically every day because I run everywhere

I'm preparing for my selection for the army so I exercise way more often than I used to.

I do a few push ups (20-25) a day.
I run 6 miles a day as well, it's not much but it helps.

When I'm at home, I do yard work and chores and stuff like that.

When I'm at college...sometimes then I will go to the gym. Usually ride the bikes or something for an hour or two.

But, I don't usually go with the intention that I'm going to drop weight and change my chances with guys because I am a respectable weight and I'm fairly comfortable with it.

So, usually, when I work out, it's to work out stress. :)

No. You drop and give me fifty.
In one go?
(I did once)
For my blackbelt grading I have to... twice, with a break for sit-ups in the middle. It's going to be hell.
Friend of mine did his Black Belt grading last month.

Yuu're gonna be kicked in sooooo many places soooo many times by sooooo many people.

I just started Karate, actually, and I ride for 30-45 minutes most days. In the warmer months i'll swim all the time, in the pool or ocean (Actually swim, not just wallow)

In terms of 'working out'... never. In terms of doing things with my body for my own amusement? Lots.
Don't you do a work out each lesson?

Or is it taught like kickboxing, where the lesson is the workout?

I don't do 'workouts'. I live on a farm, my job is my exercise and it keeps me fit. Blindly lifting weights for hours on end with no clear goal is just not...worthwhile.
