Poll: Duke Nukem of Master Cheif

Going by voices we have Big the Cat versus a radio DJ.

Going by character we have the classic bad-ass one-liner spewing classic action hero versus some guy who looks like he belongs on a dirtbike.

I'm gonna have to go with the Duke here. Duke Nukem versus Serious Sam would have likely been a better matchup.

And Deathwatch are around three times better at killing aliens than normal space marines.

Master Lol? rather not. Duke Nukem will save us when it comes to it, however, as it has been pointed out in this thread already. Letting the Astartes save us would be the best choice. The Death Watch seems like the perfect fellas when it comes to an alien invasion.

Admittedly, both of them are kinda generic, but the Duke has a way stronger character. At the same time I don't like this poll because it's like comparing Doomguy to Sam Fisher. One is a blank slate, or even just a humanoid vehicle for the player to control, the other is clearly marked as 'not you' and has his own personality. I suppose you could also argue that Master Chief has a personality of his own, and it is a tad unfair to just say LOL SPESS MAREEN and be done with it, so: I've played CE and 2, and it seemed that while he was obviously the main character, his (fairly) sparse dialogue didn't really throw any pieces of his apparent personality at me. He just seemed to be a narrator in the starring role, if you catch my meaning.

Also, c'mon guys, do you want 'I need a weapon', or 'I've got ballls of steeel'.
