EA and Activision seem actively malicious. Ubisoft seems clueless and legitimately concerned, even if it's for the wrong reasons. And I think it's for the wrong reasons.

Seeing how Ubisoft is the only one that makes good games I'd vote them. Though that also makes them the most horrible since I want to play their games but that DRM keeps me away. EA and Activision could go die in a hole before they screw with any other companies and nothing of value would be lost.

I would rather watch paint dry than jump through any of the hoops all 3 of these companies throw up. I'll consider looking at them in about 10-15 years, maybe. Neither is better or worse than the other. All 3 of them are useless.

I don't think Ubisoft to be bad at all. They're in number three in my heart, next to Rockstar and Valve, and they at least experiment with new and/or interesting concepts, like Beyond Good and Evil. And hell, I love the AC series.

-Ubisoft has Assassins cred which I really don't care for because its terrible IMO. Beyond that Ubisoft has....................... what exactly?
Rayman Origins, Scott Pilgrim, No More Heroes, Lost Magic(shut up, I thought it was fun), Rabbids Go Home and Beyond Good and Evil.

why is actvision on here? They have not done anything wrong with the games that have been released and they made the classic zork series which has to account for something!

I will say I hate MMO ever since blizzard destroyed the warcraft series with it. However all their games have been successful which is what a business is meant to do.
Infocom made the classic Zork series. Erhm, sorry I just had to get it out of my system.

Activision published some spinoffs later, thats true.
The spinoffs were just as great though. Zork Nemesis was awesome
what about medieval II total war, that was one of the greatest games they have made, it can not be said in comparison to Empire total war, which should of been much much greater (as this is my favourite era)

They also have...

Tom Clanceys Rainbow Six Vegas 1 & 2
H.A.W.X 1&2
Far Cry 1&2 (Although i seem to be one of the few fans of FC2)and Soon FC3

Although they have called us thieves, they are still are the best out of the choices...Their DRM can be a bit shitty, But ive not actually come across it yet... (As you can see, ive not played any of their recent titles...Guess i'll find out with Far Cry 3 :S)

None of those, except beyond Good and Evil which was made before they went all DRM up the ass on all their game and thus I dont counts when considering modern Ubisoft, sound even remotely fun or looked good.

IMO

Ubisoft isn't all that bad. They're just stupid towards PC community. But it seems like lately they've been trying to fix that to an extent. They aren't greedy and they are actually trying to innovate. Sometimes their attempts fail miserably (SC: Conviction) and sometimes they make amazing games like Assassin's Creed series. Overall I like Ubisoft, but sometimes I hate them when they go all DRM Rage on us.

Then there is Activision and evil Kotick. That man has to go. Seriously. He's drowning the industry in shit. He only cares about raw numbers. And they seem to be scared to death of innovation and new IPs. But at least they have enough brain cells to let Blizzard do whatever the fuck they want, which is why Activision is in the second place.

The worst company is of course EA. They've destroyed so many great franchises, they killed so many great studios and their latest victim seems to be our beloved Bioware. They destroy everything they touch. Their greed knows no bounds. They want to charge you for everything. Their DRM scheme is stupid, their online passes are evil incarnate and their treatment of fans is deserving of a death penalty. They will ban your account with all of your games for the slightest misdemeanor. And sometimes even when it's not your fault. Then there's EA Origin. They had years to study Steam and to figure out what makes Steam successful, and yet they came up with that abomination? It's ridiculous.

first things first i agree with everything concerning ubisoft.

Now on to what i disagree with EA while they have been.....less then steller with their custimers as of late isnt such a bad publisher when compared to activision. now dont get me wrong they have loads of crap they need to fix but just not as bad as activision.

Now ill get this out of the way i like blizzard i like them alot, but what has happened to them after they merged is just horrible. WOW went down the shitter, they cancel blizcon, make diablo 3 online only, and charge us $60 plus for an expantion(rumered) to star craft 2. Thats not even going into the COD crap thats been going on for the last 5 years.

so remember EA may have been the most recent to be assholes but they wernt the first or the worst.

"Ubisoft"!? Ok, Activision I despise with a passion. Electronic Arts, I don't really understand all the hate. but, come on! Ubisoft? Yeah, they messed up with Rayman during their annoyingly-long rabbids-craze, but, come on! Even Sega is gobs worse than them! Ubisoft is made up of some very intelligent people. The Rayman and Assassins Creed titles are strokes of genius and these people don't seem to treat us like dirt so much as the other guys do.

I'd say Activision, even though they publish exactly zero games I like and the other two publish tons. They apparently have put a muzzle on Kottick. Since he shut up, they just kind of seem like they are like, "Yeah, whatever" and then birth another 30 shitty games. But I guess making shitty games isn't evil.
I noticed that... Activision while they may do some bad pratices still, has been sort of silent on doing the worst. EA seems to have taken that spot.
