Poll: Eggs: How do you like yours?

Over easy on a roll, with cheese, fried salami, and hotsauce (preferably the hottest fuckin' suace).

Or the local deli classic, scrambled egg and bacon on a roll with salt, pepper, and ketchup.

Nothing makes me have an accent quite like food. But really, fried eggs on homemade biscuits. I can't stomach more than one, usually, but its so damn good.

Eggs are delicious in virtually any way you can conceivably make them but my favourite style is POACHED EGGS! That's the style used for things like eggs benedict or eggs florentine in case it's called something else elsewhere.

Unfortunatley it's also one of the most annoyingly hard ways to cook them but poached eggs on toast is the king of eggs.

I'm gonna have an egg right now!

I scramble my eggs, sprinkle 'em with cheese and bacon, and slap 'em between two slices of buttered toast. I don't care how you people make your egg sandwiches, but that's what I do with mine. And mine is the only kind worth eating.

If they're fried, I like them over hard. I don't do the "clean up the plate with toast" bit.

Otherwise, hard boiled is the way to go. LOVE Easter morning because of that, and will probably make a bunch ahead of time to use as a quick out-the-door breakfast.
