Atmora is long-dead and frozen. That's why the Nords came south after killing all their mer.Personally, I REALLY want a new Elder Scrolls game, but where the hell are they going to set it? It's probably Skyrim at this point, though. I would have vastly preferred Elsweyr or Hammerfell. Part of what made Morrowind great was that it used real world human cultures for inspiration in a way that went deeper that two bit D&D ethnic stereotypes. But you just know the current dev team is going to make the next game a viking fest. The kids will love it.

Actually, they should set TES5 in the same time as Morrowind and have a storyline that incorporates what happened in Bloodmoon...
