They are terrible for you and many times are nothing more than a placebo. Having said that, I will drink them if I am absolutely shattered and need to stay awake. Any help I can get.

Love them all (except water... yuck)

Drink them for different things, Red Bull before a sports/Gaming match to get me in the zone,

Monster to get the energy to write essays/dissertation

and Rockstar/Relentless (whichever is on sale) to keep focused in lectures

I should go Rockstar more often on school days, mainly because they're two hours long and being there on an empty stomach and two to three hours of sleep isn't very conductive to me working or paying attention

Rockstar. Its cheaper, nearly twice as much content as red bull. And its sold at every cafeteria in the university.

When i buy the liter bottles i go for Hell and Bad Dog

Been clean of energy drinks since about 2004, they did nasty stuff to my heart apparently so I got used to not relying on them anymore.
