OT: As for the Rule 34 people, I wanted to use answers that were
popular, cool, and funny for the poll. It's not what everybody THINKS. There were reasons behind this assault of fun choices. Come, walk with me down Explanation Way!
{1} CATCH-22 - Because Joseph Heller was right and you can apply aspects of the logic of this one book to alot of things, especially politics and common sense, or the satire thereof.
{2} FORTY-TWO - Because Douglas Adams is the man. Well okay, he's The Dead Man, but The Man nonetheless, and opened up a universe of fun around the world.
{3} BATTLE OF HASTINGS, 1066 - Because it's a good fallback answer to any question (jokingly) when you don't know the real answer. (Often used in Trivial Pursuit.)
{4} JAPAN! - Because Japan IS the answer to many questions, even if it doesn't make any sense. YOu pick up the card, it says Japan. No explanation.
{5} REALLY GOOD BACON - If you have to ask, you haven't been on this site long enough.
