I have all of them, since I'm a huge Fallout 3 junkie, I rate Point lookout as my favourite, as it added a large new area that you can explore, new weapons, enemies and has a great atmosphere. Point lookout is the first DLC that feels like a genuine expansion to the game.
After that I'd say Broken steel, as it raises the level cap, removes the brickwall ending, and the new weapons, enemies and quests are great.
The Pitt is good too, has a very good Fallout feel to it, and is just really interesting to play.
Operation Anchorage is decent, it's fun the first time, the problem is it's completely linear, so it's always the same. There's no room to explore, and because it's a simulation, it feels very detached from the rest of the game, I only recommend it if you're desperate for another Fallout 3 fix.

So in short, I recommend people to get Broken steel first, to raise the level cap and continue the main quest. Deffinately get Point lookout, as it's simply fantastic and has more content than any of the others. I do recommend the Pitt, though not as highly as the other two, and Operation Anchorage I only recommend for serious Fallout 3 fans who are craving for more, for others it probably just isn't worth it.

Well, since the DLC is coming to PS3 sometime in the future anyway, I'll be waiting for the Fallout 3: Game of the Year bundle. It'll be a while before it's released, but somehow I know I can wait for it...

Really? Well, I suppose I am still wearing the Winterized Power Armor (because it has like 10 million HP so it never needs repairing), but the Metal Blaster from The Pitt is probably my favourite weapon (had previously been using the special plasma rifle you get from Harkness but the Metal Blaster uses the same ammo, does more damage, and Laser Rifles are more plentiful for repair purposes).

Broken Steel kinda wins by default because it removes the crappy ending and lets you keep playing, but for actual content added I'm loving Point Lookout so far. Most looking forward to Mothership Zeta though it occurs to me on my current playthrough I haven't found the crashed alien craft, or the Firelance random drop despite having quite high luck. :(

The fire lance crash is based on luck I think, but the crashed alien ship is in a fixed position.

I'm fully supporting Point Lookout.

It was the experience I was waiting for in my DLC. All the others were very linear, but PL was free-roaming. There was never any pressure to do anything. You could just explore at your leisure. It brought back what I loved about the original game.

Whereas O:A, BS, and to some extent, The Pitt were all very linear, PL had so many little side quests (official and unofficial) that it never got boring, and has a much higher replay value than the other DLCs.

Plus, I actually felt fairly menaced, tromping through the foggy marsh, hearing the "war cries" of the drunken yolkels closing in on me. Time ta git ma boom stick!

Let's see. Operation Anchorage was too short and too shooty. It didn't have enough of the stuff I like about Fallout, such as dialogue options (you know, the actual RPG stuff).

The Pitt was better. It had moral choices and a more RPG feel to it. The location was interesting too, but it was too short.

Broken Steel was more of the same of the original Fallout 3. It extended the game beyond the original ending, and added an ending that was even less satisfying. By allowing me to level up to 30, I managed to max out everything and become an uber character. That said, this is the best DLC pack so far, purely for adding Feral Ghoul Reavers to the Dunwich Building. So worth it.

I haven't tried Point Lookout yet, since I restarted and am currently only level 8.

Also, none of them beat the Shivering Isles.

The fact they're going all space age with Mothership Zeta is awesome.
Also, the future is awesome.
Mothership Zeta will hopefully be my favourite. I expect Bethesda to deliver a tasty homage to 50's style sci-fi with this one. That, and more ammo for the alien blaster please. Though they will probably have a weapon in there that makes the Tesla Cannon look like a light massage.

Speaking of the Tesla Cannon, what is it those rednneck guys in Point Lookout at made out of. Considering the Tesla Cannon can rip through a Vertibird with a single shot, the fact the locals can take a good few hits with the cannon before going down makes me wonder.

Consider the amount of ammmo I have for the thing (1300, and that's with fairly extensive use) I'm guessing they realised too late they'd given players an abundance of ammo for what should be an insanely powerful weapon, but didn't want us one-shotting every enemy in the game with it so had to tone down the power quite a bit when used again anything that wasn't a Vertibird.

Yeah, I know, I just haven't gotten around to visiting the crashed ship on my current playthrough (which is the save I'm using to get to level 30, do all the DLC, etc), and I haven't had the random Firelance drop happen - or if I have I haven't noticed which means I'll probably find the Firelance on a random NPC because they found it before I did.
