Poll: fallout 3 good game or not

I find it enjoyable and quite a good game to go scavenging in when you have nothing to do or do want to do quests.

I definitely enjoyed it. I like dhow it just let the player go where they wanted. It didn't railroad them into certain areas and instead lets you explore the game at your own leisure. It's quite different from Dragon Age, for example. I seem to prefer it when an RPG follows the exploration shown in Fallout 3 and Oblivion. Sometimes I don't want to have to advance the plot to kill some people. Sometimes I just feel like murdering the crap out of some random thugs.

It's a decent game it's not a masterpiece but the gameplay is fun, graphics are good, most of the side quests are good, main story is a bit short and meh and the ending sucks. Well that's my personal opinion.

Oblivion and Fallout3 are both good games, made awesome by community mods.

I thought it was great, played through multiple times and bought all the dlc. Only thing I didn't really like was the main story, which I found underwhelming.

I love it to bits. One of my best games EVAR

Then add in the DLC, and user-made Mods (PC only) you have a game you can sink hours and hours of time into, and enjoy every moment of it.

To be honest, I found it a lot less fun than I'd thought. The main campaign was waaaaay too short, and the way it ended left me feeling short-changed, especially because you can't continue afterwards, even if you picked the evil ending. Still though, I enjoyed it a lot.

I cannot say it's bad, but it's really not my kind of game, especially with the "old retro" theme which hurts my eyes and ears.

But it has decent gameplay, and I should really start playing it again...but I'm in a pinch, no Stimpacks/healing stuff, about 10HP left and I'm being shot at by Super Mutants.
