Modders will be able to fix the massive amounts of bugs, and give us mods that are usually way better then DLC.

Hope you 360 people can enjoy it, hope its not a Pitt repeat(probably will be). In the meantime, I'll be riding around on my minigun-armed motorcycle.

Did they get around to fixing that? Been months since I booted Fallout 3 or added any mods I remember the bike would move but make no sound, explode when I tried to dismount and messed up the keybind configuration.

Can you mod the console versions? I didn't think so. The pc version is by far the most superior and it's life is way longer (mods mods and ever MOAR MODS!). Hell, I still play Oblivion!

Not really sadly.

But I did get a modder to help me with adding better sounds. Doesn't do much to help the iffy handling though.

xbox 360, my computer isnt up to the specifications to run it
my computer lags on half life 1, and yet, i bought it on steam, so tat some day, in the FAR FAR off future, i can play it. plus, i compared the prices on steam and at EB games ( only videogame store near me) and the prices are as follows:
Steam for pc-66 NZ
From EB for pc- 105 NZ
From eb for PS3 and Xbox- 135NZ
not really a tough decision
If you can't currently play it on your computer, why preorder it? I'm sure you could buy it at a significantly lower price once you do get a computer capable of running it.

I refuse to give Bethesda money for more Fallout 3.

They've done nothing mods don't do already.

Let it die, Beth. Let it die.
I dont know if you can really say "let it die" just yet. Fallout 3 was almost completely different from Fallout 1 and if you ignore the names and background. Fallout 3 is basically a 'new game' in my eyes due to how different it was from its predecessors. So I believe a "Nucular Boom Town 2" seems perfectly reasonable.

I will be playing it on the xbox because for one, I don't use my pc for gaming. I also think that fallout is more of a comfy chair and big screen tv kinda game. Even with things like mods available on pc, I would much rather play it the old fashion way instead.

The Collectors edition on the PC was £50. Bargain.

I am not entirely sure my PC can run it to be honest. If it can't, then I'll read the graphic novel, look at the other shiny stuff and replay Fallout 3. I'm planning on building a new PC next summer, so I can live with having the game and not playing it til then.

360 but I wish pc and consoles could combine into one so you had the accsessability and cheapness(of the platform) of consoles and the customisation and cheapness(STEAM duh!) of the pc in one

If I had a proper gaming computer, I would play it on that. However, I don't so I shall be playing it on my 360.

Got the Collector's Edition coming on Thursday.
