I refuse to give Bethesda money for more Fallout 3.

They've done nothing mods don't do already.
Apart from bringing back half the original team from Fallout 1 and 2 and making a completely new game with a slew of new features, a map that's bigger than the capital wasteland and a completely different vibe, shooting mechanic, atmosphere, sense of humour and focus on story and factions.
Hell yeah, I wasnt going to buy it until I saw that the original team was being brought in, wise move beth, wise move indeed. I think fallout 3 wasnt a bad game but it was a terrible fallout game

OT- Im playing it on my Xbox as my comp cant run it, though I would have rather played in on PC =/

PC because playing a aim heavy fps with hotkey system on a Console is just stilly in my thoughts, also i always manage to fling grenades at random on console. I wonder how they get 1-9 numerical hotkeys on a playstation controller, wiggle the sticks on it? They should just copy MGS some. :O I have a ps3 but thats MGS series exclusive nearly :O

Hopefully NV won't be a cramped hallway shooter like the prequal was, it seems to be more open area and desert landscape oriented. /yesplz no more caves and metros.

360.

I don't have a PS3 and even though the minimum requirements are VERY LOW for PC, I'm still not sure if the computer I use can run it well.
[sub] Yes, the computer I use is THAT bad[/sub]

PC, because its cheaper, single player, and mods. Although the lack of achievements that count for Xbox live disappoints me, because I am an achievement whore, but I decided to make the change since I got Fallout 3 on the 360. Only 9 more hours now =D

PC, mouse aim, it's what I have 1, 2, 3, and tactics on, and it's what I'm getting fallout online on as well

Fallout 3 used Games For Windows Live, meaning it would sync the same achievements to your Xbox Live account if you played it on PC. Granted you didn't alter any files or mod the game in any way. Which, I did, and could care less.

Not sure about Vegas however. I've heard it's just using steamworks.

i wasn't sure whether to get it on 360 or PC, but quite a few friends are getting it on 360
in this circumstance party chat makes the tie breaker

PC

I got the original Fallout 3 on 360 and it ran well enough. But I played it later on PC and it ran much smoother, easier to handle mods and DLC. It's also a good 10-15 Euros cheaper on PC.

I am using that at the moment for Dead Rising 2 and it is weird but cool to see my achievements pop up on my 360 profile. An added bonus is that you can chat to X-box live buddies through it. It's a handy enough system.

I'm unsure yet. My laptop can be a little iffy with Gamebryo engine games, but the mods...

Might just end up getting it for 360 AND PC in the long run, like I did with Fallout 3.

PC, I'll probably have to play it on the lowest settings (my gaming computer is starting to show its age) but it's worth it for mods. That and Unofficial patches, since Bethesda can't be arsed to fix their buggy software themselves.

PC, mods made Fallout 3 so much better that I can't even play Vanilla any-more, the same will eventually happen to Fallout: New Vegas.

PC. For mods and such. However I am annoyed at the Americans as they are getting it tomorrow and I want it tomorrow too D:< Since I am getting it on steam the only reason I can think of is that the people who buy it in shops are going to be annoyed if steam customers get it early.
