Gotta go with the Elemental Wizard, or Black Mage as I know 'im. Once you get them strong enough, and secured behind an impenetrable line of meatshields, they can dole out the pain for just about any monster type... And if the enemy doesn't have an elemental weakness, there are those high-level, non-elemental spells, like Ultima, that get the job done. 
Necromancer. whats more crushing to your opponent? Being killed, or being killed by a loved one who has passed. The choice is clear.
Damn i loathe myself for being a Warrior all the time. I feel i should be something else but i lack imagination so i usually end up being a hacky-slashy warrior with big bulky armour. I can't play anything else or i'll burst into flames.

The very first mmorpg i played was a little game called " legend of mir " and i played the class of a "Taoist" which was the support class of the game that could, Heal the group, increase armour protection but also summon a pet to attack. So nowadays thats is the type of class i "try" go for.
