Poll: Favorite COD Weapon Type

Are you a crazy gun-running n00b shunning quick killer? Or are you perhaps rocking the snipper? In this poll, I want to see what type of weapons you people at the Escapist use. Are you a man that only uses his knife? Or maybe you're a person who only uses a grenade launcher. In that case, STOP N00BTUBING ME JERK!

Good ol' M16. Even if the Black Ops version is a bit less powerful then the MW2 version.

My favorite to use are Assault Rifles, though I'll use all weapon types if need be. Hence, on MW2, I have a class that includes every (main) weapon type, except the riot shield. I hate the riot shield.

AR's, Famas, AK-47, Commando, Galil all have their good points and bad points(despite people saying the 750's are all the same), hence they're in different specs.

And every once in a while you get that sweet clutch or across the map no scope. Can't do that shit with a SMG.
When I'm not sniping though, I'm running around with a pistol. I love being at an disadvantage.

It depends on the map or what I feel like doing in the game. If I want to defend flags on Berlin Wall for example, I'll go for a sniper with an acog sight. However, if I want to capture flags i'll use my famas class.

MW2 - I would pick the SCAR-H as my weapon of choice.
Black Ops - Crossed between AK47 and AUG.

Sometimes I like to run around with shotguns cos it's just so much fun. In that case I would pick the SPAS-12 for MW2 and the Stakeout for Black Ops. Just gotta love the "ker-chk" sound the shotgun makes when you pump it.

Indeed. The lack of an 'other' option means we can't vote on the polel. On the other hand, we can tell them how much of a dick we are with the shield.

On topic: I enjoy using the riot shield with Scavenger, Danger Close, Commando, the claymore and the RPG-7. Whenever I'm playing the other team usually doesn't appreciate such a combination since it results in them firing a clip at me at long range, then a rocket to their face. And if they're up close I wait until they start to reload before dropping a claymore right at their feet.

SMGs for the most part. Trying to get better with all weapon types so I'll be more versatile but still have the most fun with SMGs. I'm a sucker for speed so anything that makes me faster, I'm all over it.
